Step by step instructions:

  1. Sign up using the above link (select Estonia or France as your preferred country to send money to, it doesn't matter)
  2. Verify your identity (I only had to confirm my email and phone number)
  3. Send £100/$100 to an account with a different IBAN number (you will only be charged £/$90), you can change the transfer fee to £/$0 as it is ‘pay what you want’. If you're using Monese don't forget to add the payment reference.
